We understand that buying scented candles online can be tricky, and we want you to love what you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 5 days of delivery, provided the candles are unused. Please contact us at info@sadieslightcandleco.com before sending anything back.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in their original, sellable condition.
- You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note: original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Simply take a clear photo of the item and email it to info@sadieslightcandleco.com along with your name, order number, and a short description of the issue. Once we receive your message, we’ll provide instructions to ensure a quick replacement.
